Role Overview
The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing marketing strategies that drive awareness engagement and pipeline growth across our business audience. Youll collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns events and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multichannel B2B marketing campaigns (email digital ads webinars content etc.) to generate qualified leads.
Own and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion using datadriven insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive revenue.
Manage events trade shows and speaking engagementsincluding coordination branding and lead tracking.
Lead content strategy for B2B audiences: whitepapers case studies industry reports and sales enablement materials.
Oversee website content and digital presence to ensure messaging consistency and SEO performance.
Measure and report on campaign performance (ROl engagement lead quality etc.) and continuously improve based on results.
Coordinate with external vendors media partners and agencies where required.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our marketing relevant and competitive.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
810 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in tech SaaS or cybersecurity
Proven track record in developing successful lead generation campaigns
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (HubSpot Google Ads LinkedIn Ads CRM platforms etc.)
Experience managing events and coordinating crossfunctional teams
Excellent communication project management and analytical skills
Posses own mode of transportation (car)
