Key Responsibilities:
- eeply understand product ecosystem user types and business operations across use cases
- Translate functional requirements and business logic into robust intuitive and errorproof UX flows
- Design user journeys that cater to multiple client types and adapt across verticals roles and data volumes
- Work closely with product leads developers and QA to ensure accurate UX implementation
- Build taskdriven wireframes flowcharts and prototypes that convey logic navigation and intent clearly
- Continuously refine UX based on internal feedback usage data and edge case handling
- Ensure a seamless experience across modules by anticipating user motives friction points and task paths
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in UX Design preferably in SaaS or complex B2B platforms
- Strong understanding of user psychology workflow design and system usability
- Demonstrated ability to map user journeys across different personas and use cases
- Experience designing for logicheavy operationsfocused digital products
- Excellent grasp of wireframing tools (Figma Whimsical Miro etc.) and UX documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align product vision with practical flows
Good to Have:
- Exposure to designing for admin panels reporting dashboards or multirole SaaS systems
- Familiarity with offtheshelf design systems and working alongside UI developers
- Understanding of basic frontend constraints to design with feasibility in mind
- Experience working in crossfunctional agile teams with developers and PMs
