Job Description
Job Title: Fiber Production Technician
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Shift: Night Shift Monday Thursday 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Claremore OK
Position Overview
We are hiring a motivated Electrospinning Production Operator to join our growing team in the textile manufacturing industry. This position involves operating precision equipment managing web path handling and ensuring product quality. Candidates with a background in textile converting or similar fields are encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment in an electrospinning environment
Adjust web path tension and settings to meet quality and production goals
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with quality control standards
Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
Follow all safety protocols and production procedures
Physical Requirements
Lift and push/pull up to 51 lbs; assistance required for items over 102 lbs
Stand and walk for 90 of the shift
Crouch or kneel for approximately 15 of the shift
Sit for up to 10 of the shift including forklift operation
Additional Requirements
Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Prior experience with web path tension control systems preferred
