This is a grant funded position.

Position Overview:
The Program Coordinator ensures the effective operation and continuous improvement of the TB program by coordinating daily administrative and programmatic activities. The role supports tracking progress toward program and grant deliverables ensuring compliance with federal state and local requirements and coordinating operations across clinical administrative and support teams. The Coordinator also contributes to program planning stakeholder engagement staff onboarding procurement and documentation systems. By streamlining communication and operations this position promotes highquality service delivery and sustained program performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitors program progress and grant performance metrics regularly updating program and divisional leadership on achievements and areas needing attention to ensure alignment with grant goals and deliverables.
  • Coordinates and supports daytoday administrative operations including scheduling maintaining records preparing reports processing invoices facilitating purchases and assisting with staff recruitment and courtrelated documentation.
  • Plans organizes and executes program activities and events ensuring documentation is maintained and that all logistics align with TB program objectives and timelines.
  • Supports the development implementation and continuous improvement of program policies and procedures helping ensure compliance with federal state and local guidelines.
  • Facilitates internal and external stakeholder engagement following up on tasks promoting collaboration and serving as a liaison between program staff administrative teams and leadership.
  • Assists in onboarding and training of new staff ensuring alignment with program standards protocols and expectations to promote a consistent and knowledgeable team.
  • Manages and monitors program resources and documentation systems including inventory control procurement coordination and the effective use of surveillance or reporting tools.

Requirements

Education:

Experience:
  • At least one (1) year experience working with an Electronic Medical Record System.
  • At least one (1) year experience performing administrative office duties in a health care setting.
Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid TX Drivers License.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in MS office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and foster teamwork in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Ability to work well with public and staff members.
  • Must use your personal mobile device for our Multifactor Authentication process.

  • This job operates in a professional office & clinic environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
  • This role requires the ability to lift carry push pull up to 50 pounds and bending & standing for periods at a time.
