We are looking for an outstanding Senior Product Manager to join our team and help drive the evolution within our product suite. Youll be part of the group responsible for building exciting conversational AI products that will transform recruiting as an industry and as a function. This is probably the most significant challenge facing recruiters today and a key focus area for SmartRecruiters in their journey to create a delightful hiring experience.
This is a highimpact role thatll demand strong product management chops people skills as well as domain knowledge in Artificial Intelligence most specifically understanding nuances of generative AI. Were open to hiring a Staff Product Manager budget flexible up to $187K000 USD based on experience. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience and certifications. The listed pay range reflects the available annual salary budgeted for a new hire into this role. Employee salaries may extend above or below the listed range. Depending on level and location of hire the role may be determined to be Exempt or Salaried NonExempt.
