Job Description
We are seeking an organised and efficient Merchandise Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Maroochydore Australia. In this collaborative role you will play a crucial part in ensuring our merchandising objectives are met delivering an exceptional customer experience both instore and online.
- Coordinate and execute daytoday merchandising tasks planners setup guides and new product initiatives
- Ensure adherence to merchandising policies procedures and compliance standards
- Contribute to the brands image and store experience through effective merchandising instore marketing and presentation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally providing excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient merchandising practices
Qualifications :
- Proven knowledge of merchandising principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in a retail or merchandising environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in using relevant software/tools for merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays (if applicable)
- Customerfocused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
