Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Analyst to join our innovative team. In this key technical role you will apply advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models that provide valuable business insights. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong passion for coding analytics and datadriven decisionmaking. Additionally you will be responsible for designing and optimizing ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes to ensure the integrity quality and accessibility of data for analytical purposes.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics or a related field.
Minimum Experience Required:
- 46 years experience.
- Strong SQL skills including writing complex queries working with relational databases optimising performance and working with large datasets.
- Handson experience with statistical analysis modeling techniques and machine learning.
- Experience in SAS.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Beneficial Experience:
- Experience in the Banking and/or Insurance industry.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. Scikitlearn TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Experience data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau QlikView Power BI etc.).
- Experience designing building and maintaining ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

- ETL & Data Pipeline Development Building automating and maintaining efficient ETL workflows
- Programming (SAS Python R) Proficiency in data manipulation modeling and automation.
- Statistical Analysis & Hypothesis Testing Strong foundation in probability statistical distributions hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
