Join our Porsche Tulsa team as a Porsche Pro at our prestigious dealership in Tulsa Oklahoma. Were looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to represent the Porsche brand and deliver exceptional experiences to our discerning clientele.

• Serve as a Porsche Pro ambassador for Porsche Tulsa clientele demonstrating indepth knowledge of the features and technologies of the various Porsche products and model years.
• Provide outstanding customer service from vehicle delivery through postpurchase assistance including occasional home visits for vehicle gate/garage door pairing sessions
• Conduct engaging product presentations during vehicle delivery highlighting the unique and technical attributes of Porsche vehicles
• Stay updated on Porsche product developments market trends and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless customer support
• Maintain a clean organized and professional showroom environment
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to promote the Porsche brand

Qualifications :

• Extensive knowledge of Porsche vehicles including specifications features and technologies through continuing education provided by Porsche Cars of North America
• Proven experience in luxury automotive delivery
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with highend clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex features in an accessible manner
• Proficiency in automotive CRM systems and other digital tools
• Problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in business or related field preferred
• Porsche brandspecific certifications (preferred)
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and evenings
• Passion for the Porsche brand and automotive industry
