Job Description

As an Account Executive youll be a key driver of growth both for our customers and our company. Youll manage a book of business run engaging product demonstrations and guide prospects through the full sales cycle. Youll also have the opportunity to support and mentor newer reps and contribute to the evolution of our sales processes.

In This Role You Will:

  • Deliver highimpact consultative screenshare demos that showcase our platforms value
  • Own the full inside sales cyclefrom initial outreach to closed deal
  • Build excitement and trust with prospective customers maximizing win rates and referrals
  • Consistently exceed monthly goals for demos pipeline activity and closed sales
  • Accurately forecast your pipeline and keep Salesforce updated from first touch to final handshake
  • Stay sharp and informeddevelop deep expertise in our products market and sales methodology
  • Proactively support new customers postsale to ensure a smooth transition
  • Collaborate with teammates to refine our approach and share best practices
  • Lead by examplesupport onboarding and mentorship for junior reps

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring:

  • The ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks and leads
  • Confidence in working independently and being accountable to your team
  • Experience coaching or mentoring peers is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of inside sales experience ideally in SaaS or the fitness/wellness space
  • Proven ability to manage fullcycle sales and build lasting customer relationships
  • Comfortable using webbased software and CRM tools like Salesforce

Bonus Points For:

  • 24 years of experience in SaaS fitness tech or wellness industry sales
  • A personal passion for fitnesswhether through CrossFit coaching yoga martial arts or personal training
  • Prior use of member management platforms CRMs marketing automation tools or Excel
  • Experience with consultative sales methodologies


Additional Information :

The ontarget earnings (OTE) for this role is $62000 $99900 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package performancebased incentives and opportunities for growth.
