Job Description
As a Communications Coordinator at Sphirea Plus you will be responsible for supporting internal and external communication efforts coordinating messaging across departments and ensuring all communications align with our brand and business objectives. You will play a key role in organizing editing and distributing written materials while managing the flow of information across teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate internal communications newsletters and announcements.
Assist in drafting and proofreading press releases reports and corporate documents.
Support the planning and execution of company events and communications campaigns.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure message consistency and clarity.
Maintain company communication materials and ensure branding guidelines are followed.
Coordinate with vendors and partners to facilitate timely delivery of communicationrelated materials.
Track communication efforts and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
13 years of experience in a communications or administrative coordination role.
Excellent writing editing and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with communication tools content editing platforms and MS Office Suite.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills.
