Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this role you will be responsible for answering inbound calls resolving customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services. You will also handle customer complaints and ensure that each interaction provides a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on customer inquiries as needed.
Assist with order processing billing questions and product support.
Ensure all interactions meet Nexmos Designs quality and customer service standards.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills including proficiency with MS Office.
