Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with strong experience in Python particularly using Django and Celery to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable secure and efficient serverside applications. The ideal candidate has handson experience with AWS services a good understanding of asynchronous task processing and enjoys solving challenging backend problems.
Design develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Django
Implement background task processing with Celery and Redis/RabbitMQ
Build scalable and resilient systems deployed on AWS (EC2 Lambda S3 RDS ECS/EKS CloudWatch etc.)
Collaborate with frontend engineers product managers and DevOps to ship highquality features
Write clean welldocumented and testable code
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
Implement authentication authorization and security best practices
Participate in code reviews and help mentor junior developers
Qualifications :
1 years of backend development experience using Python
Strong proficiency with Django and Django REST Framework
Solid experience with Celery for background task management
Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL)
Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS
Familiarity with Docker CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
Good understanding of software engineering best practices (unit testing version control architecture)
Nice to Have
Experience with FastAPI or Flask
Knowledge of message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB DynamoDB)
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform CloudFormation)
Experience with microservices architecture
Understanding of serverless architecture (AWS Lambda)
