Job Description
Get to Know the Team
- The Mobility Strategy team works with senior business and product leaders to define where to play and how to win for the mobility business. We set strategic direction for crossfunctional teams throughout business and tech and navigate complex problem statements to grow the Mobility business
Get to Know the Role
- You will work with senior leaders to set strategic direction for crossfunctional teams throughout the business and tech divisions and navigate complex problem statements to grow the Mobility business in the Grab region.
- You will report to the Senior Manager Mobility Strategy and based onsite in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will quickly grasp new and complex concepts triangulate multiple data points and form recommendations to solve highpriority problem statements.
- You will assess tradeoffs in decisions by evaluating effort vs Return On Investment (ROI) to steer the team towards the right course of action even if it means pivoting from initial plans.
- You will develop solutions on the anticipated risks and weaknesses.
- You will lead clarity in teams involving product design analytics and engineering.
- You will manage endtoend special projects from brainstorming to execution.
- You will build an understanding of new areas for growth and the competitive landscape to identify future growth engines.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have 5 years of experience in a product strategy or analytical role
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex concepts and evaluate tradeoffs
- You have experience leading crossfunctional teams and managing endtoend projects
- You have proficiency in identifying growth opportunities and assessing competitive landscapes
