Were looking for a datadriven handson Digital Marketing Lead to build and scale a highperformance growth engine for Finmo.
Youll lead core demand generation programs across paid media SEO website optimization and accountbased marketing owning the full funnel from awareness to qualified lead. Youll also bring deep expertise in HubSpot building and optimizing marketing automation flows that convert.
This is a strategic and executionfocused role ideal for someone who thrives on testing optimization and driving measurable growth in a B2B fintech environment.
What Youll Do
Performance Marketing & ABM
Plan and execute highperforming paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Google and other digital channels to drive brand awareness lead generation and pipeline growth
Build and scale AccountBased Marketing (ABM) programs targeting CFOs and finance leaders across midmarket companiesusing a combination of online tactics (paid media email nurtures content personalization) and offline initiatives (executive roundtables intimate events direct mail)
Work closely with sales to align on target accounts personalize outreach strategies and optimize conversion across the ABM funnel
Track campaign performance across channels and accounts continuously optimizing based on insights and business outcomes
Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot)
Build and manage HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing scoring segmentation and lifecycle campaigns
Execute email marketing programs that engage prospects and retain customers
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure smooth integration between marketing and sales funnels
Funnel Analytics & Optimization
Own performance reporting across all digital channels and lead stages from impressions and clicks to MQLs and pipeline contribution
Run experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion rates and ROI
SEO SEM and Website Optimization
Own and manage Finmos overall SEO strategy focusing on performance monitoring content gaps and keyword opportunities while working closely with external SEO agencies for execution
Oversee SEM strategy including managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and improve keyword rankings
Optimize the Finmo website to improve user journeys conversion rates and organic lead generation
Qualifications :
Required knowledge and experience
68 years of experience in digital marketing ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
Familiarity with ABM tools and strategies targeting midmarket accounts
Experience optimizing websites for performance and conversions
Strong handson expertise with HubSpot across workflows email campaigns and reporting
Strong analytical mindset and experience working with marketing performance data
Comfortable working independently in fastpaced highgrowth environments
Bonus: experience working in payment / global commerce companies
