Your Responsibilities:
- Drive new sales initiatives in the Swedish market for our digital Xact products.
- Manage an existing customer base spanning both large and small organizations.
- Claim ownership of the role as Sales Consultant. You will have the autonomy to devise and execute innovative sales strategies that yield exceptional results.
- Engage in diverse sales scenarios including acquiring new customers nurturing existing relationships and exploring cross and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate sales meetings conducting online presentations and maintain regular telephone contact with your clients.
- Thrive in an autonomous role where initiative and selfdrive are crucial. While support is always available you will often work independently and be trusted to manage your time clients and goals.
- Strategize launch and monitor the progress of sales campaigns.
Your Qualifications:
- Native fluency in Swedish.
- Able to work in our Copenhagen or Aarhus office.
- Knowledge about the Swedish market with the ability to analyze our opportunities and positioning.
- Exceptional communication skills as our success hinges on building strong customer relationships.
- Willingness to challenge customers as well as your own organization.
- Embrace change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibit independent structured work habits and the ability to take calculated risks.
- Passion for sales coupled with unwavering ethics and integrity.
- Solid technical understanding and hold a relevant university degree with at least two years of study.
- Youre comfortable working independently and enjoy the freedom and responsibility that comes with being a selfstarter. With a strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset you know how to build structure spot opportunities and move things forward independently.
- An advantage but not a requirement to have a minimum of 2 years proven success in B2Bsales preferably with experience in selling IT license products.
