You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Junior Consultant under the guidance of experienced consultants you will support our clients in their business transformation challenges:
Your main responsibilities:
Business Transformation Support: You assist clients in analyzing regulatory organizational and operational impacts while helping ensure process and structural compliance with ongoing changes (particularly in the context of mergers restructurings or digital transformation).
Change Management: You contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies by assessing organizational readiness analyzing resistance to change and supporting stakeholder engagement. You assist in operational implementation including leading workshops to raise user awareness and training change agents.
Digital Transformation Support: You actively participate in helping clients with their digital transformation efforts focusing on the adoption of new technological solutions and ensuring their successful integration across all organizational levels.
Organizational Impact Analysis: You help review business processes and organizational models to identify the impacts of change and assist in adapting them accordingly.
Project Management: You are involved in framing and steering transformation projects particularly by supporting the development of communication and training plans as well as change management initiatives.
Studies and Recommendations: You carry out feasibility and opportunity studies conduct benchmarks and help select solutions tailored to client needsparticularly in the information technology sector.
As part of the firms internal initiatives including active knowledgesharing groups your involvement will include:
Developing or strengthening our service offerings / analyzing current innovations and client challenges
Contributing to publications (articles studies etc.) and internal/external training activities
Supporting business development through needs identification and active participation in commercial actions.
Qualifications :
You have recently graduated with a bachelors or masters degree in engineering business administration HR organizational development communications or psychology. You ideally have some initial consulting experience (e.g. internship supervised project etc.).
You are eager to join a dynamic professional environment where you can combine business expertise with client interaction.
