Youll work directly with engineers architects endusers and project stakeholders supported by a dedicated inhouse team of lighting designers engineers and technical specialists. Were not looking for lead generators. Were looking for closers and gogettersprofessionals who can take ownership of opportunities navigate complex sales cycles and deliver real value to clients. Qualifications :
Must have 3 years experience in the Lighting industry or electrical
Demonstrated ability to win complex highvalue projects and manage multiple stakeholders through the sales cycle.
Experience dealing with both technical and nontechnical people such as architects engineers contractors councils or developers.
Strong understanding of technical drawings specifications and proposal documentation.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to manage a structured sales pipeline.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Engineering or related field (preferred but not essential).
Must have full working rights in Australia (no restriction)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development across WA by securing commercial public and infrastructure lighting projects with a strong focus on Roadway Sports and largescale developments.
Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting client engagement solution development quoting closing and postsale followup.
Cultivate strong longterm relationships with key decisionmakers including engineers architects consultants government bodies and endusers.
Leverage internal resource including lighting designers engineers and technical supportto deliver tailored valuedriven proposals.
Represent the company at meetings presentations and industry events to build brand awareness and trust in the WA market.
Stay ahead of industry trends competitor activity and upcoming projects to identify and pursue strategic opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records and contribute insights to regional growth strategy.
