Job Description
The Legal Intern will be a part of the Legal Team in Italy and will provide support on a wide range of legal topics with a focus on corporate and administrative law assisting the development of solar and wind projects.
The Legal Intern will be reporting to the Head of Legal Italy.
Key activities and responsibilities:
You will be actively involved in providing support and advice to local and international colleagues in the context of development of renewable energy projects as well as daytoday business including support to the governance of our Italian portfolio of companies. You will be involved in the analysis of a variety of legal issues including carrying out research and in the preparation of responses to internal queries on corporate and administrative law matters. You will also participate in projects aimed at innovating and simplifying the Legal Teams work and organization.
Qualifications :
- Law Degree / Graduating in Law
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Excellent academic background.
- Knowledge of corporate and administrative law.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Strong interest in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector.
- High level of integrity.
- Flexible attitude and the ability to multitask.
- Time management/prioritization skills.
- Be proactive and take initiative for continuous improvements.
Additional Information :
- Start date: 8th September 2025
- Location: Milan office
- Sixmonths fulltime internship with monthly allowance and meal tickets
- Smart working policy: 3 days in the office 2 working from home on a weekly basis.
