Customer Management & Field Execution
- Conduct regular market visits to engage with VIP and Platinum customers.
- Maintain and continuously update the VIP customer database to ensure clean reliable data.
- Lead store upgrades and validate fieldlevel information through structured visits.
- Ensure compliance with VIP program standards across all outlets in Greater Cairo.
- Develop strategies to enhance compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage contracts and negotiations with Platinum customers driving loyalty and longterm business growth.
POSM Management & OfficeBased Coordination
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
- Ensure proper implementation and impactful placement of marketing materials instore.
- Analyze field data and prepare reports to support sales strategy and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on compliance execution and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Graduates who have completed their bachelors degree by July 2025 with 03 years of experience.
- A strong interest in sales
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about Red Bull & the brand.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in data analysis and database management
- Fluent proficiency in English & Arabic.
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field.
- Must have a car as the role involves extensive field visits.
