Job Description
A unique opportunity to develop deep financial expertise
As an Associate in Valuation & Modelling you will help solve some of our clients most complex and strategic challenges whether in support of M&A restructuring investment decisions or compliance matters. You will:
- Work on valuation assignments (e.g. business valuation options valuation purchase price allocations etc.)
- Develop and review financial models used in transactions forecasting or investment analysis
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Strategy Risk & Transactions
- Present findings and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of best practices and internal tools within valuation and modelling
From day one you will get handson experience direct exposure to clients and tailored support to accelerate your learning curve. Over time you will have the opportunity to specialize based on your interests.
Qualifications :
We are looking for ambitious and analytical talents who are motivated by financial problemsolving. You are likely:
- A recent graduate or have up to two years of relevant experience from consulting banking corporate finance or similar
- Holding a relevant degree (e.g. . . . or equivalent) with strong academic results
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with financial modelling
- Interested in valuation theory
- Detailoriented and structured in your work
- Comfortable communicating clearly in both Danish and English
