Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead highimpact digital transformation initiatives from the ground up. You will lead a greenfield build working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex largescale projects that shape the future of digital services.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading endtoend delivery of a greenfield digital transformation initiative. This includes managing crossfunctional teams comprising product engineering design operations and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful execution. The role requires applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate maintaining flexibility while keeping project goals timelines and budgets on track.
Strong stakeholder engagement and governance will be critical with clear and consistent communication maintained throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications :
Proven experience delivering largescale digital transformation projects ideally in a greenfield environment
Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in fastpaced and evolving settings
Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models with handson experience using MS Project and JIRA
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Government sector experience highly desirable with a solid understanding of public sector processes and expectations
