Job Description
- Ability to Reconcile reports from GMS with cash and credit.
- Assist in scheduling cashiers in their shifts.
- Assist in through management of check out floor operations which will include Cash tills and End control.
- Ensuring smooth implementation of Customer service within the department
- Ability to train cashiers along with their further development within the same field
- Work towards developing into the DM role.
- Greeting and providing the required product information in terms of specification availability price and location to the customers.
- Addressing customer complaints to understand customers needs and expectations and to propose solutions.
- Seek information from DM about the competitors promotions to understand the business action plans in a better way.
- Seek info from the line manager about competitors services and activities.
- Monitor performance of all team members in order to identify the difference between expected level of productivity and actual productivity.
- Review and approve all the operational activities of team members.
- Keep motivation level high among all team members to bring the best out of them.
- Keep a conducive and learning environment among all team.
- To carry out any instructions/task given by the line manager and/or seniors
