Rejoigneznous en tant que Chef de Projet Amlioration Continue !
Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet pour piloter des initiatives stratgiques doptimisation et dharmonisation de nos processus de traitement des donnes et/ou damlioration de la qualit. Votre mission Amliorer continuellement la qualit des informations que nous fournissons nos clients dans un environnement Big Data dynamique.
Missions
- Piloter des projets doptimisation et dharmonisation des processus de traitement des donnes transformation digitale ainsi que des projets damlioration continue de la qualit et de traitement des demandes clients.
- Accompagner nos quipes commerciales dans la conduite du changement auprs de nos clients pour dployer les nouveaux processus.
- Collaborer troitement avec diverses parties prenantes (direction commerciale customer successTechnology Operations center) pour garantir la russite des projets de transformation et damlioration de la qualit.
Profil
- Classe prparatoire plus diplm(e) dune grande cole dingnieurs
- 2 5 ans dexprience en tant que Chef de Projet ou Senior Associate en cabinet de conseil avec une spcialisation dans le retail le backoffice bancaire projet de transformation digitale ou au sein de socits dtudes spcialises en traitement et harmonisation des donnes marketing
- Parfaitement bilingue Anglais/Franais avec dexcellentes capacits de communication de synthse et de conviction.
- Capacit manager par influence dans un environnement multipays.
- Ambitieux dbordant dnergie tout en tant humble et pdagogue.
