Are you a creative and organised marketing professional with a flair for content creation digital campaigns and brand storytelling Were looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team in Notting Hill.
In this role youll be supporting the development and execution of marketing activities across a wide range of channels and formats.
Key responsibilities include however not limited to:
Assisting with the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns for the Business Assurance team
Designing and producing marketing collateral and digital assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva in line with brand guidelines
Writing clear engaging content for social media news articles case studies whitepapers webpages and email campaigns
Coordinating and scheduling email campaigns (EDMs) ensuring consistency and quality
Creating and managing social media content with a focus on LinkedIn
Supporting the organisation of events including webinars conferences tradeshows and sponsorships
Maintaining and updating content on websites and CMS platforms
Monitoring campaign performance analysing data and making recommendations for optimisation
Organising and managing the marketing merchandise inventory
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy
Ensuring all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and reinforce brand consistency
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who is proactive detailoriented and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Youll have:
A degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (e.g. Digital/Graphic Design) desirable but not essential
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop)
Demonstrated experience managing content across social media platforms
Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social Canva Campaign Monitor WordPress and Google Analytics (or similar platforms)
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
