Job Description
- Update maintain and evaluate effectiveness of new and existing training manuals materials and programs.
- Design develop and implement new training manuals for the Builders range.
- Determine training needs of Sika staff and adapt training accordingly.
- Work with the State Managers to ensure that all assigned training has been delivered as per the required standard.
- Demonstrate product capabilities by conducting training sessions and product mock ups to maximise knowledge of product specifications and enabling enhancement of sales.
- Provide monthly reports on training progression and activities.
- To be the first point of contact for Sika product related questions.
- Work in consultation with the National Distribution Manager to scope applicable training requirements objectives and resources.
- Perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail customer support or training roles
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training program development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to deliver presentations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to assess training needs design programmes and evaluate their effectiveness
