Job Description
Work for a Manufacturer in Middlesex County as a Tool and Die Maker
Essential Job Functions:
Perform operations common to the toolmaker trade.
Works from blue prints specifications and diagrams.
Provide and assist in training workforce in proper setup and use of
equipment/systems.
Perform work in a safe manner keeping tool room equipment clean and in safe
working condition.
Set up and operate all tool room machinery such as grinders mills drills lathes.
Construct precision parts for replacement on machines.
Make minor repairs to machines.
May be assigned additional duties and/or special fixture projects.
High School Diploma/GED or trade school and 5 years of related experience.
Experience with machines to make tooling using manual mills lathes drill press
band saw and hand grinder.
Proficiently operate all common machining equipment mills lathes grinders.
