Dr. Meghan Woodsum start date August 18th 2025. 0.9 FTE as Hospitalist (nonnocturnist hospitalist role). $234130 for 0.9 FTE annual salary based on one year of postgraduate experience since residency completion in 2024. One time signing incentive of $20000 and eligible for reimbursement of up to $5K in moving expenses.

About Us:
NewtonWellesley Hospital (NWH) a member of Mass General Brigham is a fullservice community teaching hospital located in Newton Massachusetts just outside of Boston. We are dedicated to providing highquality patientcentered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview:
We are seeking BoardCertified/BoardEligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join our Hospital Medicine team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to adult inpatients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including specialists nurses and case managers to ensure highquality patient outcomes.
  • Participate in admissions discharges and daily patient management.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients families and consulting physicians.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidencebased practice.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Prior hospitalist experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
