About Us:
NewtonWellesley Hospital (NWH) a member of Mass General Brigham is a fullservice community teaching hospital located in Newton Massachusetts just outside of Boston. We are dedicated to providing highquality patientcentered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking BoardCertified/BoardEligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join our Hospital Medicine team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to adult inpatients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including specialists nurses and case managers to ensure highquality patient outcomes.
- Participate in admissions discharges and daily patient management.
- Maintain effective communication with patients families and consulting physicians.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidencebased practice.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
- Prior hospitalist experience preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
