Current university students and recent graduates.
We are looking for a motivated person to join the Ukraine Marketing team focusing on content development paid acquisition channels and supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast or junior growth marketer eager to deepen their skills in digital marketing within a fastpaced Web3 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with content creation and management for blogs announcements and educational materials;
- Support internal communication initiatives particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails push notifications inapp messages);
- Help optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Meta etc.);
- Contribute to ASO (App Store Optimization) testing and improvements;
- Assist with SEO strategy execution (keyword research content optimization);
- Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics;
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus);
- Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads Meta Ads etc.) and willingness to learn deeper;
- Basic knowledge of ASO/SEO is a plus;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail;
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage (Fluency in Ukrainian);
- Selfmotivated eager to learn and a proactive team player.
