Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team in Jubail Saudi Arabia. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management with a proven track record of success in the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the energy industry
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through networking cold calling and other sales strategies
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and competitors
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities opportunities and progress
Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed on industry developments and build relationships with potential clients
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management preferably in the energy industry
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing strong client relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of the energy industry and market trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Willingness to travel as needed
