We are currently hiring Junior French Customer Advisors for exciting hybrid or onsite projects. Whether youre already based in Portugal or planning to relocate we offer strong support to help you settle and thrive in your new role.
What Youll Do:

Deliver highquality customer support in French via phone email and chat

Resolve customer queries efficiently ensuring client satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to improve service processes

Work across various projects and adapt to a rotational shift schedule
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in French (spoken and written)

European ID or valid residence card in Portugal (mandatory)

Excellent communication and problemsolving skills

Team player with a customeroriented mindset

Flexibility to work rotational shifts

No previous experience required we welcome junior candidates!
