About your responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer with strong proficiency in Java SE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing deploying and maintaining cloudbased applications and infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) while leveraging their expertise in Java SE to develop efficient and scalable backend solutions.
Help develop and drive the vision of our AWS platform from an application and data perspective working with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business objectives and design efficient and effective solutions.
Have experience in developing frameworks leveraging design patterns.
Optimize cost latency and resource utilization using AWS best practices.
Be experienced to multiple diverse technologies platforms and processing environments
Have good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
Skills and Experience
35 years experience in cloud engineering with demonstrated expertise in AWS
Demonstrated experience and understanding of AWS ecosystem from a computer database storage container and other key AWS core and supported managed service offerings (Serverless EC2 AKS EKS etc.)
5 years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines including technical or infrastructure architecture network management application development middleware database management or cloud development.
35 years experience in Java or other objectoriented or functional languages on AWS or other cloud
Strong experience in microservices & API development (REST SOAP)
Strong experience with containers and container technology (Docker Kubernetes AWS EKS etc.).
Strong experience in Java/J2EE technologies Spring Spring Boot framework
Experience with RESTful APIs microservices and eventdriven architectures.
Knowledge of DevOps tools CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience in building APIs for both internal and external products.
Experience in software development and deployment methodologies
Strong English (C1C2) written and verbal communication skills
