Job Description

Our client is a fintech platform that merges traditional financing with blockchain technology.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build observability layers: full logging realtime metrics transaction replay functionality.
  • Ledger Integrity and Reconciliation
  • Implement doubleentry ledger design ensuring auditability and realtime client balance tracking.
  • Build reconciliation layers between internal records and onchain/offchain reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong experience in backend development (APIdriven systems).
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL ledger design and transactional database management.
  • Proficiency in TailwindCSS frontend development.
  • Good understanding of stablecoins (USDT USDC) EVMcompatible chains and web3 wallet operations.
  • Handson experience integrating thirdparty APIs (payment providers blockchain explorers compliance platforms).
  • Strong understanding of backend security principles and observability best practices.
  • Familiarity with modern dev tools: GitHub Supabase serverless functions Grafana/Datadog.

Good to have:

  • Experience working with MPC wallets or HSMbased key management solutions (e.g. Fireblocks Gnosis Safe).
  • Knowledge of liquidity management treasury handling and crosschain stablecoin operations.
  • Prior experience in B2B fintech digital payments or Web3 financial systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements like GDPR AML/CFT in a payment context.
