Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents to achieve outreach client acquisition and sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of sales agents in promoting loan products.
- Develop daily weekly and monthly plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Train coach and motivate sales agents / staff to improve performance and client engagement.
- Conduct market research and community outreach to identify new customer opportunities.
- Review loan applications to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission.
- Resolve client issues and assist field agents with challenging cases.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client visits performance and productivity.
- Work closely with branch and credit teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all field activities are conducted with integrity and in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Banking or a related field.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in microfinance banking or community lending; 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership communication and people management skills.
- Good understanding of microfinance products and the local market.
- High level of integrity discipline and commitment to social impact.
- Able to travel frequently within assigned areas or communities.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office data entry systems).
