Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and performancedriven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the optical and eye care segment. The candidate will be responsible for meeting individual and team sales targets launching new projects and driving business expansion across retail and channel partners. This role requires strong field sales experience strategic planning abilities and team leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Set track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (individual and team).
Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing eye care products (Frames eyeswear & Sunglass).
Drive new market penetration and manage key account relationships.
Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns across regions.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies proactively.
Provide regular training performance feedback and motivation to the sales team.
Work closely with marketing retail and product teams to align sales efforts with brand goals.
Main Requirements:
Experience in launching new products and managing field sales teams.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel for market visits and partner engagement.
Experience in optical or eye care segment is highly preferred.
Full Time
