Job Description

Industry: Real Estate Developement

Job Summary:

Procurement Officer is responsible for the availability control of the supplies and equipment with the best choice of vendors efficiency in cost and compliance to purchasing and contract management instructions policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
  • Locate and interview vendors to determine product availability and sales terms.
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Control procurement budgets.
  • Review purchase orders claims and contracts.
  • Analyze market trends to assess material availability.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing specifications for equipment or materials.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Familiar with sourcing and vendor management.
  • Strong decisionmaking leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant systems.
  • Fluent in Chinese English and Khmer.
  • Good communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and with flexibility.
