Responsibilities include monitoring order statuses assessing and resolving orderrelated issues and implementing support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to order statuses deliveries and discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing.
Resolve orderrelated issues such as cancellations returns and exchanges.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve order support operations.
Requirements:
Italian C2 level
English B2 level
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Selfsufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic issues related to order processing systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
EU Citizenship
No previous experience required!
