Were Hiring: Technical Support Specialist (EnglishSpeaking) and one of the following languages: Italian Polish Spanish Hungarian or Czech
Location: Spain
Fulltime English fluency required C2
Are you passionate about IT support and thrive on solving technical challenges Were looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong experience or training in Microsoft and Cloud technologies to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide toptier technical assistance and troubleshooting to endusers
- Support and maintain Microsoft environments including:
- Microsoft Office
- Outlook
- OneDrive
- Exchange
- SharePoint
- Lync Server
- Microsoft Windows
- Handle incidents involving data formats and file compatibility
- Communicate clearly with users to resolve issues efficiently
What Were Looking For:
- Strong knowledge and handson experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies
- Proficiency in data formats (CSV XML JSON etc.)
- Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken)
- A proactive solutionoriented mindset
