Mission
You will take part in a largescale project aimed at developing innovative HR administration and payroll solutions for midsized employers. Working closely with the lead technology architect you will help shape technical analyses and define scalable robust solutions. Youll collaborate in a crossfunctional team including product owner project manager business and IT architects scrum master analysts and multiple development squads.
Responsibilities
- Design and document technical architectures tailored to business needs
- Clearly articulate and model architectural decisions (e.g. ArchiMate C4)
- Maintain a strong balance between simplicity robustness and scalability
- Help define technical development standards and frameworks
- Support analysts PMs and developers in implementation and delivery
Profile
- Deep experience with Java (Spring Boot) REST APIs SQL and microservices
- Solid knowledge of Azure PaaS (Event Hub Service Bus Cosmos DB SQL Server)
- Proven use of design patterns for scalable and reliable solutions
- Experience in HR/payroll environments is an asset
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French and a good command of English (required)

Missie
Je werkt mee aan een grootschalig project dat innovatieve HRadministratie en payrolloplossingen ontwikkelt voor middelgrote werkgevers. In nauwe samenwerking met de hoofdarchitect technologie werk je technische analyses uit en denk je mee over robuuste schaalbare oplossingen. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team met o.a. een product owner projectmanager business & ITarchitecten scrum master analisten en ontwikkelteams.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Ontwerpen van technische oplossingen en architecturen afgestemd op functionele noden
- Technologische keuzes documenteren (zoals via ArchiMate en C4)
- Zorgen voor een evenwichtige balans tussen eenvoud robuustheid en schaalbaarheid
- Mee bepalen van technische standaarden en ontwikkelkaders
- Analisten projectleiders en ontwikkelaars ondersteunen doorheen het project
Profiel
- Diepgaande ervaring met Java (Spring Boot) REST APIs SQL en microservices
- Grondige kennis van Azure PaaSdiensten (Event Hub Service Bus Cosmos DB SQL Server)
- Ervaring met design patterns voor stabiele schaalbare software
- Ervaring in een HRomgeving (loonverwerking/administratie) is een troef
- Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands of Frans n een goede kennis van Engels (verplicht)
Lieu : Gand (hybride 2 jours par semaine au bureau)
Contrat : CDI Temps plein

En collaboration troite avec larchitecte principal vous approfondissez les analyses techniques et proposez des solutions robustes et volutives. Vous ferez partie dune quipe pluridisciplinaire avec PO chef de projet architectes mtier et IT scrum master analystes et dveloppeurs.
Responsabilits
- Concevoir des architectures techniques adaptes aux besoins fonctionnels
- Documenter les choix technologiques (par exemple : ArchiMate C4)
- Garantir un bon quilibre entre simplicit robustesse et volutivit
- Dfinir les standards techniques et les cadres de dveloppement
- Soutenir les analystes chefs de projet et dveloppeurs dans la mise en uvre
Profil recherch
- Expertise approfondie en Java (Spring Boot) APIs REST SQL et microservices
- Matrise des services Azure PaaS (Event Hub Service Bus Cosmos DB SQL Server)
- Bonne connaissance des design patterns pour des architectures stables
- Exprience dans un environnement RH (paie/administration) est un atout
- Langues : Matrise parfaite du franais ou du nerlandais ainsi quune bonne matrise de langlais (exige)
