Cofounder / CTO/ Software Engineer: Build & Scale Job Board & Hiring Automation Software (Equity Basic Salary)

Commitment: FullTime Onsite in Mirpur Dhaka Bangladesh.
Compensation: as you become a cofounder a basic salary will be provided initially along with company/investment equity as we focus on building the MVP to attract investors and secure significant funding for rapid growth.
We are looking for a partner willing to trade early high salary for substantial future upside.

We are an ambitious software startup aiming to disrupt the recruitment industry. We are building a datapowered platform with high revenue potential by automating job scraping and providing advanced hiring solutions.
The Role:
We need a technical Cofounder/CTO to lead the development of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP). You will be the architect and lead developer responsible for building the core technology that powers our automated job board and initial hiring automation features.
We Require:
- Experience or ability to build job board platforms that include automated job scraping.
- Ability to create hiring automation software or similar dataintensive web applications.
Ability to design and implement scalable technical architecture.
Willingness to be handson in coding the MVP.
Capability to build and lead a small highperforming technical team.
A true cofounder mindset: resilient innovative and deeply committed to the startups success.
Ready to work fulltime from our Mirpur office in Dhaka.
