Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests On Board Cruise Ship in a friendly and professional manner
Take and deliver drink orders accurately and efficiently
Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
Follow all company policies and procedures including safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year experience in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their proper serving techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
