POSITION SUMMARY

The Integrated Marketing Analyst is responsible for planning organizing and executing demand programs focusing on new buyers in new and existing accounts. The specialist advises the demand strategy and has operational responsibility for demand program objectives including the activation (acquisition) validation (nurture) and acceleration of demand. This role owns the collection creation and distribution of demand generation best practices and supports customer marketing and strategic accounts marketing managers in applying them internally across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with marketing teams to develop demand marketing programs that generate leads for Key Verticals resulting in increased pipeline and revenue (program tactics may include direct mail campaigns email campaigns event marketing tradeshows seminars online seminars user groups webinars etc.)
  • Optimizes and standardizes demand program implementation processes across the NAM region.
  • Works closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment on key messages goals and overall experience.
  • Plans the best mix of integrated inbound and outbound tactics including offline and digital.
  • Project coordinator for accountsbased using 6sense.
  • Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all platforms
  • Track performance and metrics for Social Media Emails and Demand Campaigns.
  • Support uploading Inquiries and Leads using the internal Eloqua process.
  • Actively participates in and contributes to the planning logistic and direction of customer events channel events trade show participation marketing/sales related meetings webinars

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in communications business marketing or a related discipline in a marketing environment.
  • 2 years of work experience as an individual contributor in a marketing communications environment or similar.
  • 2 years of B2B marketing experience preferably in a hightech industry.
  • Experience in the design and execution of demand marketing programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated experience working within crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and prioritizes work to align with business needs
  • Strong working knowledge of the digital platforms used by the company such as Eloqua marketing automation platform Sprinkrl Social Media platform Smartsheets Canvas and Wrike. Capable of providing training on the usage of these systems and guidance to marketers using these tools.
  • Knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Access Outlook SharePoint.
  • Ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly; capable of presenting visual projects to a remote marketing organization.
  • Can organize multiple tasks and possesses strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of layout and graphic design. Capable of guiding internal clients and graphic designers to an effective final piece.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Close attention to detail followup with an extreme sense of urgency and perseverance
  • Ability to develop an understanding of effective marketing and its relationship to Vertiv products services and the sales cycle on a multinational level

  • Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in communications business marketing or a related discipline in a marketing environment.
