Developmental Pathways (DP) has opportunities for Senior Case Management Specialists in our Program Quality department who will provide administrative support to a variety of positions and work processes. The Senior Case Management Specialists will be peer leaders and will engage teammates with integrity and authenticity. They will proactively identify problems and seek solutions.
Our ideal candidates will possess strong collaboration critical thinking communication and organizational skills.
This role offers a 4day 40hour workweek TuesdayFriday and includes the flexibility to work remotely as well as the opportunity to collaborate inperson at our headquarters office in Aurora CO and/or at offsite locations.

  • One (1) year of administrative support or customer service experience
  • Preferred
    • Associates degree
    • Three years (3) administrative support or customer service experience
    • Project management experience
    • Experience with oversight of processes and workflows
    • Experience in human services or nonprofit fields
    • Knowledge of Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment

    Additional Responsibilities
    • Creates implements promotes and maintains effective and efficient processes and operations; maintains adequate documentation of workflows
    • Supports their supervisor and teams in providing oversight of work quality data integrity and timely completion of work
    • Keeps up to date on all state policies and procedures related to their tasks and responsibilities
    • Creates and maintains systems for data tracking and reporting
    • Provides highquality subject matter expertise customer service support and technical assistance to internal staff and our community partners; communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders in appropriate formats
    • Schedules creates agendas and leads meetings to facilitate discussions and support followup as needed
    • Ensures teammates supervisors and stakeholders remain wellinformed of processes and projects
    • Provides support to hiring onboarding and training of new staff; supports training for tenured staff as needed
    • Models curiosity and change management skills; encourages professional development
    • Fosters positive team dynamics and staff engagement
    • Initiates supports and manages projects as needed
