Apple Autos is seeking an experienced and motivated Express Lane Manager to join our team. As the Express Lane Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our express lube department and ensuring efficient and highquality service delivery. This position requires excellent leadership skills a strong technical background in automotive maintenance and repair and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Our dealership has been rated a Top Minnesota Workplace in the Star Tribune for the last 5 years and were looking to add a passionate problemsolver to our winning team and help us continue a legacy of excellence.
What Youll Do
- Manage daytoday operations of the express lube department including scheduling staffing and workflow management.
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of oil changes filter replacement fluid checks tire rotations and other routine maintenance services.
- Train and develop a team of lube technicians providing guidance and support to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts supplies and equipment necessary for the express lube department.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries resolve complaints and provide exceptional customer service to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed inventory levels and customer information.
- Collaborate with other departments managers to optimize service operations and improve overall business performance.
What Youll Bring
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management position is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components particularly related to routine maintenance services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in an automotive service setting.
- Valid drivers license
