Main Duties
- Greeting and assisting customers arriving for service appointments
- Operating a multiline telephone system (screening calls relaying messages and paging)
- Handling customer repair orders and collecting payment after completion
- Updating and managing contact lists and other documents internally
- Checkingout customers following the conclusion of service appointments
- Providing support to other departments
- Schedule: MondayFriday 12pm5pm
Minimum Qualifications
- Higher starting wage potential based off experience!!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to operate standard office equipment (computer phones fax and copier)
- Able to assume responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous Front Desk and/or Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Good penmanship is a plus!
