Job Description

This position would also offer a relatively set schedule working WednesdaySunday PM shifts approximately 2:00p10:30p (actual hours may vary).
Background and drug screening are required for employment.
Responsibilities
- Clean in accordance with ServSafe and safety standards.
- Use appropriate sanitizing techniques in order to stay compliant with company and local health guidelines.
- Clean cooking utensils and pots and pans dishes utensils and glasses to ensure that they are ready for member and guest dining experience.
- Keep dish area clean and well organized.
- Assist with preparation of food items as needed.
- Clean floor mats; sweep and mop kitchen floors to remove food debris and grease; clean behind and under all equipment.
- Remove trash from dishwasher and kitchen area.
- Put away food products in the appropriate area.
- Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience in set up and breakdown of banquet and events
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
