The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking a highly motivated detailed oriented individual to travel to conduct surveys investigations inspections of Care (IOC) and monitoring visits of facilities for persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities to determine compliance with State Licensure regulations and/or Federal Medicaid certification requirements. This individual will serve as technical expert and independently perform difficult and complex surveys and will serve as preceptor for lowerlevel surveyors and as the subject matter expert on issues of active treatment.
