PT -Leasing Agent (Saturdays & Sundays 12pm -4pm)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Leasing Agent for Nath Companies must be a highly motivated customer focused professional with a passion for real estate and helping people find their next home. Were looking for a PartTime Leasing Agent to join our team on weekends at our upscale Class A apartment community in Roseville Minnesota.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Greet prospective residents/conduct property tours.
• Assist with leasing inquiries applications and moveins.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current/future residents
• Maintain a professional welcoming leasing office environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

The individual must possess the following knowledge skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they are able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation using some other combination of knowledge skills and abilities:

• Previous leasing sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently.
• Manage time effectively.
• Pass/successful background screenings.
• Valid drivers license required.
