Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to communications projects
- Support the companys management team in internal communications
- Support the Kautex employer brand strategy
- Develop and manage company websites and intranet (ERIC). Ensure content is current and identify and deliver improvements.
- Create articles and news feeds for intranet online forums and social media

Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor and/ or Masters degree in communications or similar qualification
- Skillset and competencies related to Marketing
- Fluent in written and spoken English (asset to have German language skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good conceptual capabilities and project management skill
- Selfdriven creative and ability to work across country and organizational boundaries
- Knowledge of broad range of communication activity including all media (digital websites publications social media and events)

- Able to work at most 20 hours per week onsite in Troy MI
