Position: Director of Technology
The Director of Technology will lead technologyfocused projects developing plans and specifications primarily for education and higher education clients. This role acts as a key liaison between the client architectural teams and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth coordination and effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and senior management

Develop goals and strategies that support company objectives

Identify and implement costsaving initiatives

Lead hiring and staff development decisions

Manage and guide engineering teams

Develop and implement technology and engineering strategies

Oversee communications and technology infrastructure design
Qualifications

Proven experience as a director or in a similar leadership role

Strong background in software engineering (languages frameworks tools and trends)

Experience managing largescale initiatives and leading organizational change

Skilled in coordinating across departments and managing remote teams

Knowledge of IT governance and service delivery best practices
