About the Role
As Head Veterinary Nurse youll be responsible for leading our nursing team managing daytoday clinical operations and ensuring outstanding care for our patients. Youll play a key role in team training workflow optimisation and upholding our high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. This is a full time position.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking a confident and capable nurse who:
- Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Has a minimum of 5 years experience in veterinary nursing (leadership experience is highly regarded)
- Has proven skills in coaching and mentoring nursing staff
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment and leads by example
- Possesses strong leadership communication and organisational skills
- Is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and client service
